The food was terrible and not fresh. The menu failed to mention that there was an extra charge for the snow crab; we only found out we had to pay extra when we tried to order it. The service was nonexistent—the staff completely ignored us while attending to the table right next to us. Our hot pot broth boiled down to nothing, yet no one came over to even ask if we needed anything; nor did anyone come by to refill our drinks. I won't be coming back.

this is the second time that I’ve been there both times the prime biscuit that was as tough as shoe leather. we also had the garlic shrimp, which was very good and at the end you get free ice cream. They also have a bar there.

KPOT Hazlet was everything I wanted and more from an AYCE Hot Pot & KBBQ experience! I've been to other KPOTs but this one had the best atmosphere by all. The sauce bar was well stocked with sauces and appetizers, and the menu for KBBQ and Hot Pot meats, veggies and more was vast - and our orders came out super fast! I really enjoyed this dining experience, and for only $5 more I'll always add on hotpot <3 Thanks to our server Shelby for a great experience as well, she was super attentive and upbeat throughout! Super yum! Yayy!

We had an amazing experience at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Hazlet last night! 🔥🍲 It was our first time there, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and we learned to cook it to perfection. A special shoutout to our waitress, Jezrah, who truly made our visit even better. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to teach us how to cook the food according to our taste, which made the whole experience so fun and easy. The host was also very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Unfortunately, I forgot to get her name to mention here, but she definitely deserve recognition! We’ll definitely be recommending this spot to friends and family, and we can’t wait to come back soon—especially to bring my nephew Emmanuel when he visits us from Spain in July! 🙌✨

First experience with KPOT meats and seafood was just ok because I thought the meat and shrimp was a garlic base. After cooking and tasting it, I found it to be sweet. Had it been disclosed that the meat used in the HOTPOT option is plain, I would have gone with the HotPot. I get it that not everyone is a diabetic and to those folks they may not have minded the sweetness. Needless to say, I feel disclosure is important.
